That I worked in reservations for a well know more high end Hotel chain, I talked on the phone non stop and one day a gentleman named Michael Hunt called to book a room. (Not joking) The whole time on the phone with Mr. Hunt I repeated over and over to myself not to say Mike Hunt. Well while reading the recap of his reservation I did it. After saying Mike Hunt aloud on a business call I knew I had reached the pinnacle of my professional career.
